In-Person Labor Support with Us includes…

60 min initial consultation

4 In-person Prenatal Sessions- these sessions are crafted for you and your doula to get to know one another through answering or normalizing your pregnancy questions and concerns, discussing your birth options, and holding space for you and your family as you navigate your unique pregnancy milestones.

2 customized plans -you will receive a customized Birth Plan, alongside another customized plan of your choice ( either a meal prep plan or a personal style plan). Plans are essential to feeling prepared mentally for your labor experience as well as those first weeks of postpartum.

Connect you with local resources so that your family can receive specialized care (chiropractor, acupuncturist, midwife, etc.)

Provide virtual resources - Between Google and other peoples opinions it can be overwhelming filtering out what is best for your lifestyle. We have a library of evidence based virtual resources for clients. Evidence based data is essential when learning about pregnancy, as well as your labor options and rights.

Labor Support Course : Zero to Nine has a course for expecting families. In this course you and your family will learn: the importance of advocacy, how the family can support their pregnant loved one, the stages of labor, breastfeeding, and so much more!

Phone/Email/Text Support- In between our prenatal sessions I will be available for virtual support.
